Error: I'm unable to transfer my .xsn files out of Google.
Cause: The Google platforms use multiple native document types in their system, and while most of them are compatible with Microsoft programs (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Forms are not.Forms utilizes a .xsn file format which can be seen in SkySync navigation panel but unfortunately cannot be moved.
Fix: Unfortunately there currently isn't a way to address this issue, other than manually uploading the affected files.
Behavior: When editing the connection for G-Suite to show or not show Unorganized files, no change occurrs in the Navigation
Cause: This is expected behavior for this feature
Fix: A new connector will need to be created for Unorganized files or normal files depending on the desired change. The user can be changed however the view will remain as it was when originally created.
