Overview

The Results tab lists every item file analyzed in the data source against the policy. You‘ll use this screen in conjunction with the other tabs since the various charts allow you to automatically filter the items based on the results you want to view.

Viewing File Details

Hover in front of the file name and select the box that appears to view the scan details for the file. This includes the history of the actions taken against the file. If action is required for the file, you can approve or reject the file from in the file summary panel. You can close the panel by selecting the hide icon (right arrow) on the top-right side of the panel.

Filtering the List

Use the search and/or filter features to narrow down the information that displays so you can see items only relevant to what you want to review. Select an item in the list to view the details for it. This includes the history of the actions taken against the item.

Exporting the Report

Use the export option to export the report to a csv file. You can then use the file to review the scan and any items that will require manually remediation per the policy actions.
