SkySync Enterprise Data Management version 4.24 (MVP1) was available on March 31DryvIQ Govern version 5.2 is available as of June 30, 2022. This release focused focuses on adding additional policy actions and a new image classifier. The release contains several other beneficial new features and enhancementsproviding additional options when creating custom entity types and includes several other enhancements and bug fixes. This release includes rebranding from SkySync to DryvIQ. You will see the DryvIQ logo in the application after updating, and references to the platform will now be DryvIQ. All functionality in the platform remains the same. The Documentation Center is currently being rebranded, so you may still see references to SkySync, but those will go away over the next few weeks. New Features and Enhancements
Entity Types
A new Sensitive Object Detector has been added to the entity types to detect image files that contain sensitive data. Learn more here.
To expedite creating additional entity types, you can now duplicate an existing regular expression or block list entity type and edit itWhen creating a custom Regular Expression entity type, you can now add Negative Keywords that will prevent a match if the keyword is found within proximity of the regular expression pattern. Learn more here.
You can delete any custom entity type you created as long as it is not assigned to a policynow set the specific proximity you want the platform to use when validating Keywords and Negative Keywords for a custom Regular Expression Entity Type. Learn more here.
A timeout for matching regex patterns has been set to 5 minutes per pattern in an entity type. If a match takes longer than the timeout, an error will be logged in the Activity report for the policy indicating the regex engine timed out.
Connections
The Connections list is now a grid that includes an ID column to display the connection ID. In additions, you can sort the list by ID in ascending or descending order. Learn more here.
Policies
A new Match Threshold slider was added to the policy assignment rules so you can specify if you want to use the default threshold for the selected entity type or specify a custom threshold. Learn more here.
Three new policy actions have been added so you can take more action against identified content for a policy: Remove shared links, Remove permissions, and Modify permissions. Learn more here.

Miscellaneous
A Load More link has been added to list modals to ensure you can view all content if there are more than 100 entries in the list.
The login page links have been updated to open the Enterprise Data Management knowledge base so you can read documentation, submit a support ticket, or review current release notes.
Fixes
Results for file details are now displayed using user-friendly names to be consistent with how other result names are displayed
Connections
The Microsoft Office 365 GccH and OneDrive for Business GccH connectors have been updated to use Microsoft’s Graph API.
Updates were made to the SharePoint online connectors (Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams) per Microsoft’s suggestions to improve overall scan performance.
Policies
The Remove Permissions and Modify Permissions actions can now be applied to Network File Share data sources.
The File Details Entity Type now supports operators for “Created on” and “Modified on” dates. Learn more here.
An “Identified by” filter was added to the Results grid so you can filter the grid to show only items that we identified by a specific assignment rule within a tracking group. Learn more here.
When viewing the details for an item on the Results page, the file name in the toolbox is now a link you can use to access the file (when supported by the browser). Learn more here.

Fixes
The Total Data Analyzedand Files Analyzed report counts now include information for failed items.
Updates to the PII model corrected errors that were causing scan item failures.
When a scan finds a file that cannot be opened, the item will now be flagged with the following message: “Some file text could not be extracted. Not all file content may have been analyzed.”
If you select “Other” in the Tracking Groups stacked bar chart to view the items in this category, the Results page now properly displays all the items.
The Data Source column on the Results page displays the correct data source path.
