By default, DryvIQ identifies content as stale if it has a "last touched" date exceeding seven years and if both the owner and creator are inactive. However, you have the flexibility to adjust these filters when reviewing the Stale Data Insights to suit your specific needs. Most charts are interactive, so if you click on a section in a chart, you will be taken to the Results page, and the results will be filtered based on the selected information.

Stale Data uses the Active User Status entity type, which is not included as part of the default Discover Scan and must be added to the scan if you want to include this information in your analysis.
