Applying a Saved View

  1. Click My saved views on the upper-right side of the page.

  2. Click Public or Private to select the view type (public, private, migrated, or document sets) based on the view you want to apply.

  3. Select the view you want to apply.

  1. Apply the saved view.

  2. Make adjustments to the filters and/or search as needed.

  3. Click Save this view. The Save Current View modal displays.

  4. By default, the public views display. Click Private if you want to update one of your private viewsto select the corresponding view type.

  5. Click Save next to the saved view you want to update.

Renaming a View

  1. Click My saved views on the upper-right side of the page.

  2. Click Manage saved views.

  3. Click to select the corresponding view type.

  4. Click Rename next to the view.

  5. The name field becomes editable. Edit the name as needed.

  6. Click Save to save the edit.

  7. Click the X in the top-right corner of the modal to close it.
