Syncplicity will gradually upgrade its infrastructure and capabilities to better meet

customer needs. With this transition, access to Syncplicity services should be whitelisted on respective network firewalls\equipment on URL basis to avoid interruption of service.
What action is needed?
Syncplicity services' URLs need to be whitelisted on the firewall. This ensures that all users have a seamless experience when they use the Syncplicity client on their PC and/or Mac devices. When will this change take effect?
The full transition is targeted to be completed by 9/30/2018. Please plan on making these changes as soon as possible.
What happens if I take no action?
If the clients are not able to reach these URLs, your users will be unable to login to Syncplicity, and will not be able to sync files with Syncplicity.
