Overview
The Migrate Items report is available when viewing information for individual jobs through the Jobs menu option and when viewing reports through the Reports menu optionroll-up reports. The Items report lists all items analyzed for the job(s) and the status of each item. The job overview statistics can be viewed by files or by folders, but the item statistics aggregates all items, including the files, folders, and the root folder.
Info |
---|
If an item name is too long to display fully in the list, you can hover on the name. This will display a pop-up that displays the full name of the item. |
Understanding the Status
The status identifies what happened with the item in the last job run. This helps you understand which items that were successfully transferred, which items were ignored, etc., so you can take the appropriate action.
The status values displayed in the user interface vary from the status values used in the REST API. The table below identifies the different status values and which correspond with each other. Note that the Items export uses the API status values.
UI Status | API/Export Status | Description |
---|---|---|
Flagged | Remediation | The item could not be transferred and was flagged for manual remediation. |
Ignored | Skipped | The item was ignored due to a filter policy set for the job. |
Pending | Pending | The item has not finished transferring to the destination. This can happen if a job is paused or canceled before an item is completely transferred. |
Retrying | Retry | The item could not be transferred and is flagged for retry. The default retry attempts is 3. |
Revised | Processed | The item name was revised as part of the transfer. This occurs when an item name conflicts with policies on the destination due to the inclusion of unsupported characters or length. |
Succeeded | Success | The item was successfully transferred. |
Unknown | Unknown | The item status is unknown. |
Viewing Item Details
If you select a flagged or revised item in the list, you can view the “Flagged” reason or “Revised” reason by expanding the banner that displays on the right.
...
For flagged items, you can use the Ignore button that displays to set the item to be ignored on subsequent job runs.
...
Filtering the List
You can filter the Items list so it displays only items with a certain status, items that were revised for a specific reason, items of a certain file type, items that were flagged in a specific category, or items using a specific feature. You can also filter the list to show only files or only folders. Each filter option provides a secondary filter list that allows you to select a specific filter value.

Customizing the Columns
The Items page contains four columns. By default, the columns display the identified item, resolved item, item status, and the item size (respectively). While the first two columns cannot be changed, the last two columns can be customized to display different information. Click the Arrow next to the column name and select the information you liked to display.
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Status | Identifies what happened with the item in the last job run. This is the default heading for the third column. |
Size | Displays the size of the item. This is the default heading for the fourth column. |
Mime type | Displays the mime type for Google document types. Refer to the mime types for the Google document types below.
|
File description | Displays a description of the item (Adobe Portable Document Format, Microsoft Office - OOXML - Word Document, etc.) |
File type | Displays “Documents” and is blank for folders. |
Transfer date | Displays the date the item was last transferred. |
Type | Identifies the item as a file or folder. |
Last failure | Displays the date the item last failed. |
Number of links | Displays the number of links detected in the file. This requires link detection to have been enabled when creating the job. |
link remediation status | Displays the current status of the identified links. This requires link detection to have been enabled when creating the job. |
Info |
---|
The columns can be sorted in ascending and descending order as needed, but the sort availability for the third and fourth columns is limited to certain column content. |

Item Type | Identifies the item as a file or directory |
Direction | The transfer direction for the item |
Source ID | Item ID on the source platform |
Source Name | Item name on the source platform. Names can vary between the source and destination due to name revisions that occur during transfer to accommodate naming restrictions of the destination platform. |

Source Version | Number of versions on the source |
Source Hash | Hash value on the source platform |
Source Exists | Identifies if the item exists on the source platform |
Destination ID | Item ID on the destination platform |
Destination Name | Item name on the destination platform. Names can vary between the source and destination due to name revisions that occur during transfer to accommodate naming restrictions of the destination platform. |
Destination Path | Item path on the destination platform |
Destination Bytes | Byte size of the item on the destination |
Destination Version | Number of versions on the destination |
Destination Hash | Hash value on the destination platform |
Destination Exists | Identifies if the item exists on the destination platform |
Audit Category ID | The audit category ID for the item. See Transfer Audit Category below for more information. |

Embedded Links | If link detection was enabled for the job, the number of embedded links identified for the item. Counts will not always match exactly depending on links are added to worksheet cell. If the links are added to multiple cells at the same time, DryvIQ read the link as one link shared across cells. In this instance, all shared links count as one link. If the links are added to multiple cells separately (one at a time), DryvIQ counts each cell as separate. In this instance, each link is counted individually. |
Processing Status | Identifies how the file was revised. “None” indicates no revision was required. |
Info |
---|
Microsoft Excel has a maximum limit of 1,048,576 rows. When opening the export file, Excel will display a message to warn you if your file exceeds the maximum supported rows, and the excess content will not be displayed. See Microsoft’s Excel specifications and limits for more information. Refer to Exporting Large Data Sets in Chunks if you need to export more than the maximum limit. |
