When refining the accounts based on bytes, the refinement filters based on individual files and not the aggregate bytes for the account. For example, if the page is refined to show bytes over 500, it will filter out individual files with a byte size less than 500 and not accounts that have a total byte size less than 500. |
Filtering By Permissions
The Permissions filters on the top of the page allow you to view the results based on the item permissions. You can choose to show just the items where an account is the owner, the item is shared with the account, or the item is shared with a group. These filters can be used in combination with the other Filter and Refine options to customize the view of the items.
Editing the Columns
Just like the Results page, the Accounts page has an Edit columns button that allows you to customize the columns that display on the page. However, you only have the Show raw value and Hidden options. The Show/Hide and Redacted options are not available on the Accounts page at this time. Refer to Editing the Results Grid Columns for complete information about how to use the Edit Columns feature.
Saving Views
Just like on the Results page, you can save a filtered view. This saves all the current filter options, searched words, and column configurations so you can quickly apply the same view to the Accounts page later. However, you can only save private views on the Accounts page. Private views are only available on the machine on which they are created. Refer to Saving a Discover Results View for more information about creating and managing saved views.
Viewing Filtered Results
You can click the arrow icon in the Account Name column to view the filtered results for the account. This will take you to the Results page, and the page will be filtered to display the filtered items for the account.
