You can select to view an evaluation of each file in the results. This provides a list of all entity types found within the file. You can access the evaluation from the Results grid or the the file details panel.

  1. Select the ellipses (…) on the end of the row in the Results grid or at the top of the file details panel.

  2. Select Evaluate item.

  3. The evaluation modal displays and lists all entity types that were identified for the file. It also includes the confidence rating for each entity. Note that if you have the capture_classification_context setting enabled, you will have the option to view the information in the file that triggered the match.

  4. Select Done to close the modal.

Retrying Items

The Assignment status column displays the processing status for each item (Pending, Action needed, Failed, Processing, or Complete). You can select any items in the list and flag them to be reprocessed in the next scan.

  1. Click the box in front of the files that you want to retry. A check mark displays in the box to indicate the file has been selected.

  2. Click the Process selected items link that displays at the top of the page (next to the total item count).

  3. The items will be flagged for retry the next time the policy runs. The Assignment status will display as “Failed” until the next policy run completes and a new status is assigned. If the policy is set to run on a schedule, this will occur at the next scheduled time. If the policy is not scheduled, you will need to manually trigger a scan.

Exporting the Results Report

Use the Export report option to export the report to a csv file. The export includes the information displayed in the grid as well as some additional information. Microsoft Excel has a maximum limit of 1,048,576 rows. When opening the export file, Excel will display a message to warn you if your file exceeds the maximum supported rows, and the excess content will not be displayed. Refer to Microsoft’s Excel specifications and limits for more information.
