Overview
You have the option of saving a view of the Results page. This saves all the current filter options, searched words, and column configurations so you can quickly apply the same view to the Results page later.
Saving a View
Apply the desired filters to the results.
Select Click Save this view on the upper-right side of the page.
Select if this is a public view (available to all users), private view (available only on the machine on which it is created), or a document set (a public view that will be available to be used as a data source when creating a new Discover scan).
Type the name you want to give the view.
Select Click Save.
Applying a Saved View
Select Click My saved views on the upper-right side of the page.
A list of saved views displays.

Click to select the view type (public, private, migrated, or document sets) based on the view you want to apply.
Select the view you want to apply.
Updating a Saved View
Apply the saved view.
Make adjustments to the filters and/or search as needed.
Click Save this view. The Save Current View modal displays.
Click to select the corresponding view type.
Click Save next to the saved view you want to applyupdate.
Renaming a View
Select Click My saved views on the upper-right side of the page.
Select Click Manage saved views.
A modal displays with all the saved views listed.

Click to select the corresponding view type.
Click Rename next to the view.
The name field becomes editable. Edit the name as needed.
Select Click Save to save the edit.
Select Click the X in the top-right corner of the modal to close it.

The Migrate view option allows you to add items to an intelligent migration job using the selected save view. Any items that meet the criteria for the saved view will be added to the selected intelligent migration job automatically. |
Deleting a View
Select Click My saved views on the upper-right side of the page.
Select Click Manage saved views.
A modal displays with all the saved views listed.
Select Click to select the corresponding view type.
Click Delete next to the view. The view is removed from the list.
Select Click the X in the top-right corner of the modal to close it.
