Updating DryvIQ ensures you have all the latest features and fixes. You can identify the version of DryvIQ you are using by clicking your initials on the top-right side of the page and selecting About form the menu that displays. Compare the version number you are using to the current version number available.

DryvIQ supports upgrading from four versions back, so refer to the DryvIQ Upgrade Policies and Procedures to ensure your upgrade won’t require assistance from DryvIQ Customer Support. If your DryvIQ version meets the upgrade requirements, you can upgrade your DryvIQ using the instructions provided in the upgrade guide that corresponds with the database installation you are using.
