 Understanding Results

The upload results will identify if the entity type was found and the confidence percentage. The Validation bubble indicates if validation was matched the entity type. An x means validation didn’t match (or wasn’t used for the entity type). A check mark indicates the item matched the validation set for the entity type. Similarly, the Keywords bubble will display an x or check mark to indicate if results matched keywords.

What displays for the value that was matched depends on the Entity Type Context Capture setting. Based on the setting, some results will have a Show document sample link that allows you to view one line from the document that matched against the entity type. The actual result may be displayed or obfuscated. Refer to Entity Type Context Capture for more information about how the setting affects the upload results.

If a policy contains a permissions action or entity type that requires data source configuration for accounts or groups, the sample upload against the policy will fail with an error if the configuration has not been completed. Complete the data source configuration and upload the sample again.
