The filter option allows you to select to display only files that meet a specific criteria. Currently, you have the option to filter the list based on the following filters:

  • Tracking group: Filters the the lists to show only files that belong to a specific tracking group.

  • Identified by: Filters the list based on a specific assignment rule within a tracking group.

  • Risk level: Filters the list based on a selected risk level: None (no risk level was assigned), Critical, High, Medium, or Low. Risk levels are assigned to each tracking group and multiple tracking groups in a policy can the same risk level.

  • Assignment status: Filters the list based on processing status: Pending, Action needed, Failed, Processing, or Complete.

  • Type: Filters the list to show just files or just folders.

  • File Type: Filters the list based on file type: Temporary, Images, Audio, Movies, Executables, Windows, Documents, or other file types.

  • Item exists: Filters by true (items exist) or false (items don’t exist).

You can use the search and filter options together to search for entity types.

  1. Click Filter by.

  2. Use the Select filter list to select the filter you want to use.

  3. Once you select the filter, a Select a value list displays. This list displays the available values that can be used based on the selected filter. Select the value you want to use.

  4. Select Apply filter.

  5. The Results list displays only the files that meet your selected filter.

  6. Select Clear filters to clear the search. This displays all the results again and allows you to begin a new search.
