You have the option to upload the keywords for an entity type using a CSV file. The first line of the CSV file must be labeled “words” for for the import to work. This row serves as the header row and will be ignored by the import. Each keyword must be on a separate line in the upload file. If the file contains multiple keywords per line separated by commas, the upload will fail. When you choose a CSV keyword file, DryvIQ uploads it to the server and replaces the existing keywords (if any) with the keywords in the file.

Keywords cannot contain the following characters: ~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) = { } [ ] | \ : ; " ' < > ? . /

  1. Click Edit on the Keyword proximity (Regular Expression entity type) or Predefine list (Block List entity type) card.

  2. Click the ellipses (…) that display.

  3. Click Upload CSV file in the menu that displays.

  4. Click Upload on the Upload keywords modal that appears.

  5. Use the dialog box to select the CSV file that contains the keywords.

  6. Once you select the file, click Open.

  7. The keywords in the file will be added to the entity type.
