When copying or syncing files from SharePoint we are getting a 401 not found error. This is because SharePoint has a file type known as "link to file" which is not an actual file but an external link to a file in another location. These types of files are not movable by SkySync and can result in that error. Additionally how to files that are specific to SharePoint are also not transferable.
