When transferring native files out of G Suite, SkySync will export these files according to what is permitted by the G Suite/Drive API. Below you'll find a table detailing the native file type, and the resulting file that SkySync will transfer.

Slides	.pptx / .odp	"Comments" in Google Slides are not transferable.
Sites	Not Transferable
Forms	Not Transferable	This is a known issue, as .xsn (Forms) files are currently not transferable.
App Scripts	.json	As App Scripts can only execute within the Google ecosystem, it should be noted that they will no longer be executable.
Fusion Tables	Not Transferable	As Fusion Tables is currently an "experimental" application, it does not have the same export options as other G Suite applications. And therefore cannot be transferred.
My Maps	Not Transferable
	Not Transferable	These files cannot be transferred as they are third-party developed applications with widely varying export options.
