1) Uninstall SkySync using the standard procedure for your particular Windows OS
2) Once SkySync has been uninstalled delete the following folders
- C:\ProgramData\PortalArchitects
- C:\Program Files (x86)\SkySync
By default C:\ProgramData is a hidden directory

If SkySync has been installed on multiple computers it will need to be removed from each of them individually using the same process
