Tracking Box Shield Classification Labels

DryvIQ supports the ability to classify files based on a Box Shield Classification Label. This is done through the Custom Metadata entity type. When DryvIQ finds a file with the specified classification label, it will add it to the corresponding tracking group.

1. Verify you are in the correct policy.

2. If necessary, click Edit for the Tracking Group.

3. Click Add criteria.

4. Click Edit in the Select an entity type field.

5. The select an entity type modal appears.

6. Select Custom Metadata as the entity type.

7. Enter Box__Security__Classification__Key as the property value.
   
   

    

8. Click Done.

9. Select Equals as the operator.

10. Enter the classification label you want to track as the value. This field is case sensitive and must match what displays as the classification label name in the Box UI.
    
    

     

11. Click Apply changes to save the assignment rule.
