Filtering the Data Sources List
The Data sources list displays all data sources created. The filter option allows you to select to display only data sources that meet a specific criteria. You have two filter options:
Status: Filter the list based on the scan status.
Running: A scan is running.
Queued: A scan has been triggered (either manually or based on the scan schedule) and is in the queue. The scan will run based on its priority in the queue.
Not running: No scan is running for this data source. You can review the data source scan schedule to view the next scan time.
Paused: The data source has been paused; no scans will run against the data source when it is paused.
Cancelled: A scan for the data source was cancelled while in progress.
Failed: Errors occurred during the scan. Errors are captured in the scan audit log.
Failed to start: A scan for the data source was unable to start. This error is usually due to misconfiguration or missing connections.
Awaiting user interaction: There are issues that require review.
Configuration status: Filter the list based on the configuration status of the data source. Configuration requirements are based on the actions applied to policies assigned to the data source. There are three options to choose from when you choose this filter:
No configuration needed: Display only the data sources that do not require configuration. These are the data sources with policies that do not include actions that require configuration.
Fully configured: Display only data sources that have been configured. These are the data sources with policies that include actions that require data source configuration, and the configuration has been completed.
Needs configuration: Display the data sources that require configuration. These are the data sources with policies that include actions that require data source configuration, but the configuration has no been completed.
