Migrate Items Report

On This Page

Overview

The Migrate Items report is available when viewing information for individual jobs and when viewing roll-up reports.  The Items report lists all items analyzed for the job(s) and the status of each item. The job overview statistics can be viewed by files or by folders, but the item statistics aggregates all items, including the files, folders, and the root folder.

If an item name is too long to display fully in the list, you can hover on the name. This will display a pop-up that displays the full name of the item.

Understanding the Status

The status identifies what happened with the item in the last job run. This helps you understand which items that were successfully transferred, which items were ignored, etc., so you can take the appropriate action.

The status values displayed in the user interface vary from the status values used in the REST API. The table below identifies the different status values and which correspond with each other. Note that the Items export uses the API status values.

UI Status

API/Export Status

UI Status

API/Export Status

Flagged

Retrying

Retry

The item could not be transferred and is flagged for retry. The default retry attempts is 3.

Viewing Item Details

If you select a flagged or revised item in the list, you can view the “Flagged” reason or “Revised” reason by expanding the banner that displays on the right.

If you select a flagged or ignored item, you can use the Retry button that displays to set the item status to retry. DryvIQ will attempt to transfer the item during the next job run.

For flagged items, you can use the Ignore button that displays to set the item to be ignored on subsequent job runs.

Filtering the List

You can filter the Items list so it displays only items with a certain status, items that were revised for a specific reason, items of a certain file type, items that were flagged in a specific category, or items using a specific feature. You can also filter the list to show only files or only folders. Each filter option provides a secondary filter list that allows you to select a specific filter value. In this instance, all shared links count as one link. If the links are added to multiple cells separately (one at a time), DryvIQ counts each cell as separate. In this instance, each link is counted individually.

Processing Status

Identifies how the file was revised. “None” indicates no revision was required.

Microsoft Excel has a maximum limit of 1,048,576 rows. When opening the export file, Excel will display a message to warn you if your file exceeds the maximum supported rows, and the excess content will not be displayed. See Microsoft’s Excel specifications and limits for more information. Refer to Exporting Large Data Sets in Chunks if you need to export more than the maximum limit.
