DryvIQ Disposition App
Overview
DryvIQ’s Disposition App is an add-on application that integrates with the DryvIQ Platform, allowing designated users to review DryvIQ Govern classification results without having direct access to the DryvIQ Platform. The DryvIQ Platform sends any Govern policy results requiring approval based on the policy actions to the Disposition App. An administrator grants designated users access to the Disposition App, where users can review the items pending classification and approve or reject the classification. A comment regarding the approval or rejection reason is required as part of the process. The Disposition App then sends the classification approval or rejection information back to the DryvIQ Platform. The information is logged as part of the item activity for auditing purposes.
Accessing the Disposition App
The DryvIQ Platform Administrator for your company will grant you access to the DryvIQ Disposition App either through a direct link or through your company’s Microsoft Teams. The app functions the same regardless of the distribution method.
When you access the DryvIQ Disposition App for the first time, you will be required to sign in to your corporate Microsoft account, and you will need to provide sign-in credentials for your corporate DryvIQ Platform tenant. Your DryvIQ Platform administrator will provide the credentials for your tenant. These logins are required to verify your access rights to your company’s Microsoft Power Apps instance and to retrieve the information required for review from the DryvIQ Platform. You will also need to allow the app permissions before you can work in the app.

The Work Queue screen is where you will review the files.
Use the Work Queue list to select a work queue. A work queue corresponds to a Govern policy in the DryvIQ Platform.
By default, all items display. You can filter the list based on a classification and/or criteria.
A classification corresponds to a tracking group in a Govern policy in the DryvIQ Platform. A tracking group is the classification label applied when DryvIQ identifies an item that meets the assignment rules specified for the tracking group. In the example below, there are two classifications. Items can be assigned to either “Top Secret” or “Public” based on what DryvIQ identified in the file. Filtering by one of these classifications will display only items assigned to that classification. This allows you to focus on one classification group at a time.
Each item in the Criteria list corresponds to an assignment rule in a Govern policy in the DryvIQ Platform. An assignment rule consists of one or more entity criteria that DryvIQ must identify for an item to be assigned to a classification (tracking group). In the example below, two rules were created: one to identify Social Security numbers and one to identify internal files. Filtering by criteria enables you to focus on reviewing files according to one rule at a time.To view information about a file, click in the Name column for the file you want to review.
A modal appears and displays the information for the file.
You can use the View button to view the actual file. This option requires that you have permissions to access the file on the platform, as you will be required to log in to the platform where the file is located. Alternatively, you can use the Copy Link button to copy the URL, which you can then paste into a browser, chat, email message, or other application.Once you have finished reviewing the information, enter a comment regarding your approval or rejection of the classification. This is a required field.
Click Reject to reject the classification or Approve to accept the classification.
The file will be removed from the work queue list. Continue working through the queue.
Reviewing Multiple Files
You have the option of reviewing multiple files at a time. When reviewing multiple files, you will not have the option to view files or copy links. If you need to do this, you must review one file at a time as instructed above. Also note that the files you select must be on the same page; you cannot bulk review files across pages.
Select the box next to the files you want to review.
Once you select at least two files, the Process Files button becomes active. Click this button.
A modal appears, identifying the number of files to be reviewed.

Click Reject to reject the classification or Approve to accept the classification.
The files will be removed from the work queue list. Continue working through the queue.
