Cause: API access has NOT been enabled for your G Suite Domain.

Fix: Enable API access in the Admin Console.

Error: Synced Google Docs, made in Box, aren't viewable in Google Drive (Browser)

Cause: When a Google Doc file is created (whether in Box or Google Drive), it’s tied to that storage provider.  Even though you can download the .gdoc file from box, you can’t upload that .gdoc file to Google Drive and expect to edit the file.

Fix: To address this, transferring a .gdoc file from Box to Google Drive will generate an error and appear in the sync history as an error.  This error comes from Google's Drive API, and is not something we generate.  Google will not allow .gdoc files to be uploaded to Google Drive thru their API.

Fix: Unfortunately there currently isn't a way to address this issue, other than manually uploading the affected files.

Cause: This is expected behavior for this feature

Fix: A new connector will need to be created for Unorganized files or normal files depending on the desired change. The user can be changed however the view will remain as it was when originally created.
