Duplicating Entity Types

You can duplicate an existing regular expression or block list entity type and edit it to expedite creating additional entity types. For all other entity types, the duplicate feature is unavailable.
Expand the Manage section in the left navigation menu.
Click Entity types.
Locate the entity type you want to duplicate.
Click the ellipses (…) at the end of the row.
Click Duplicate in the menu that displays.
Click Yes when prompted to verify you want to duplicate the entity type.
The entity type is duplicated with “-COPY” appended to the name.
Click Edit on the tile that displays the entity type name.
Edit the name as needed.
Click Done to save the new name. The name on the card and at the top of the page will reflect the edits you made.
Make additional edits to the entity type as needed.
