Overview
The Content Insight report presents a breakdown of your scanned data for the policy. In addition to a summary of the size and file type breakdowns, the screen identifies the count for different file extensions, modified date groupings, and folder depth analysis. This information helps you understand the overall makeup of the analyzed data.
The top of the page displays the total number of scans performed as well as the number of data sources set to be scanned. It also includes the total size of the data analyzed and the total number of files analyzed. By default, the page displays results for file counts. You can use the filter to view data size instead. The charts on the page will reflect the filter option selected.
