Filtering the Policies List
The Policies list displays all policies that have been created in the application. The filter option allows you to select to display only policies that meet a specific criteria. Currently, you have the option to filter the list based on the policy status. The available status options are below.
Draft: This indicates the policy is a “work in progress.” Is has been created but has not been assigned to a data source.
Pause: This status indicates the policy has been paused. It will not scan content until it is set to “on.”
Error: This status indicates there is problem with the policy.
On: This status indicates the policy is on and scanning content.
You can use the search and filter options together to search for policies.
Click Filter by.
Select Status from the Select filter list.
Select the status from the Select a value list.
Select Apply filter.
The Policies list displays only the policies that have the selected status.
Select Clear filters to clear the search. This displays all the policies again and allows you to begin a new search.
