Tags
DryvIQ supports the ability to classify files based on a tag added to the file. Tags are a subset of metadata that allow you to add keywords or terms to documents to group related files. For example, you can create tags to identify files by document type, who they're shared with, what departments own the files, etc. Platforms like Box and Microsoft SharePoint on Premises support tags, but not all platforms offer this feature. Be sure to check with your platform to see if tags are supported.
Adding the Tags entity type to a policy allows you to scan for files that have a specific tag. When DryvIQ finds a file with the specified tag, it will add it to the corresponding tracking group.
Verify you are in the correct policy.
If necessary, select Edit for the Tracking Group.
Select Add criteria.
Select Edit in the Select an entity type field.
The select an entity type modal appears.
Select Tags as the entity type.
Select Tag as the property.
Select Done.
Select Equals as the operator.
Enter the tag you want to track as the value.
Select Apply changes to save the assignment rule.
