Sometimes a job may need to be reset, in order to address issues or for changes to be applied. 

Note

SkySync has two levels of resetting a job:

  • Soft:

  • Hard: All change optimization history has been removed, forcing the job to recreate

    the

    its change tracking database.

    • This may cause recopy with connectors that don't support timestamps, such as Sharefile.

Step-by-step guide

1) Right-click the desired job, and choose "Reset Job"
