Sometimes a job may need to be reset, in order to address issues or for changes to be applied.
SkySync has two levels of resetting a job:
- Soft:
- Hard: All change optimization history has been removed, forcing the job to recreate the change tracking database.
- This may cause recopy with connectors that don't support timestamps, such as Sharefile.
Step-by-step guide
- Right-click the desired job, and choose "Reset Job"
2. Decide if you want to perform a soft or hard reset.
3. Click "Yes"
