If you launch SkySync, and it doesn't proceed past the splash screen, here's how you correct it.

1. Hover the mouse cursor over the SkySync application on the taskbar until a representation of the application appears above the SkySync Icon.


2. Right-click the app picture.


3. Choose Move. Use the arrow keys to move the application back on-screen.

 

 







What Causes This?

Sometimes when starting SkySync after a monitor resolution change, or undocking a laptop from a docking station, it will cause SkySync to appear off screen.
