Filtering the Entity Types List

The Entity types list displays all preinstalled and custom-created entity types. The filter option lets you display only entity types that meet specific criteria. Currently, you have the option to filter the list based on the following filters:

• Category: Filters based on the category assigned to the entity type. In addition to the preinstalled categories (Financial, General, Privacy, Regulation, and Technology), any custom categories you create will appear as filter values and can be used to filter the list.

• Match type: Filters based on a specific match type: Block list, Classification, Regular Expression, or Transformation.

• Status: Filters to show only active or disabled entity types.
  
  

1. Click Filter by.

2. Use the Select filter list to choose the filter you want.

3. Once you select the filter, a Select a value list displays. This list shows the available values for the selected filter. Select the value you want to use.

4. Select Apply filter.
   
   

    

5. The Entity types list displays only the entity types that meet your selected filter.

6. Select Clear filters to clear the search. This displays all entity types again and lets you start a new search.
