Filtering the Entity Types List

The Entity types list displays all preinstalled and custom created entity types. The filter option allows you to select to display only entity types that meet specific criteria. Currently, you have the option to filter the list based on the following filters:
Category: Filters based on the category assigned to the entity type. In addition to the preinstalled categories (Financial, General, Privacy, Regulation, and Technology), any custom categories you create will display as a filter value and can be used to filter the list.
Match type: Filters based on a specific match type: Block list, Classification, Regular Expression, or Transformation.
Status: Filters to show only active or disabled entity types.
You can use the search and filter options together to search for entity types.
Click Filter by.
Use the Select filter list to select the filter you want to use.
Once you select the filter, a Select a value list displays. This list displays the available values that can be used based on the selected filter. Select the value you want to use.
Select Apply filter.
The Entity types list displays only the entity types that meet your selected filter.
Select Clear filters to clear the search. This displays all the entity types again and allows you to begin a new search.
