Filtering the Scan Results

Filtering the Scan Results

The filter option lets you display only files that meet a specific criterion. Currently, you have the option to filter the list based on the following filters:

  • Tracking group: Filters the lists to show only files in a specific tracking group.

  • Identified by: Filters the list based on a specific assignment rule within a tracking group.

  • Risk level: Filters the list based on a selected risk level: None (no risk level was assigned), Critical, High, Medium, or Low. Risk levels are assigned to each tracking group, and multiple tracking groups in a policy can have the same risk level.

  • Assignment status: Filters the list based on processing status: Pending, Action needed, Failed, Processing, or Complete.

  • Type: Filters the list to show just files or just folders.

  • File Type: Filters the list based on file type: Temporary, Images, Audio, Movies, Executables, Windows, Documents, or other file types.

  • Item exists: Filters by true (items exist) or false (items don’t exist).

  • Job: Filters by a specific job.
